Corrinn Ekker
Owner, Loveful Yoga

  • In my experience, all human beings have the need for peace, healing, connection, acceptance, freedom, strength, joy, and love.  My deepest desire is that we nurture these qualities together and live our lives to their fullest potential; being mindful, grateful, joyful, and loveful in each and every moment.

I began practicing yoga as a young adult to help with anxiety and panic attacks. I was desperate for relief and yoga was something I hoped could help. With practice, my life began anew. Among so many other things, yoga helped me quiet my mind, disrupt fear patterns, find ease in my body, and truly experience the present.

Almost 20 years after I first started my own practice, I decided to attend yoga teacher training and fell in love with sharing the practice with others. Since then, I’ve never stopped learning and I’ve never stopped teaching! I have more than 600 hours of training and over 1,000 hours of teaching experience.

Susan Gladden,
Owner, Susan Gladden Yoga + Reiki

  • Yoga and Reiki are what keep me grounded and feeling connected to myself and the universe.  I took my first yoga class when I was in college in the 1980’s but it wasn’t until 12 years ago when I was nearly 50 that I committed to a consistent practice and began to fully understand the countless benefits of yoga and how essential it was to my own well being and spiritual growth.

I’ve always felt acutely affected by the energy around me, so I began studying Reiki in 2017 and completed my Shinpiden master teacher degree in 2019. Reiki has greatly expanded my awareness of and connection to the divine in all things. I offer private hands on sessions as well as group or individual trainings.

Also in 2019, after spending over 30 years in a career as an interior designer, I pursued my dream of becoming a yoga teacher. My teaching is focused on mindfulness practices: meditation, yin, slow flow and restorative practices that strengthen self awareness and challenge each of us to be our best selves.  I believe that the practice of yoga as mindfulness is accessible to everyone. I am passionate about creating inclusive, safe and welcoming spaces for anyone looking to explore their practice and experience a deeper connection to the divine within.

I am mother to two incredible young women and live in Columbus with my partner Rick and our two sweet dogs.

Mary Sinclair,
Owner, Inhabit Your Body with Mary Sinclair

  • ary’s heartfelt longing is to help you recognize that what we call a body is simply a process. It is an ongoing process to Inhabit a body. Life is continually changing and because our bodies are living organisms they are continually changing as well. As we face and embrace the reality of what is happening in our body at any given moment, that is to say, as we become more conscious, we have more choice! The sooner we dispense with the old adages of, “no pain, no gain” and “all or nothing” the better off we, and our bodies will be.

Mary sees clients on Thursdays from 10 am - 5 pm at the Be Sanctuary.

Betty Brown,
Owner, Be Well Ayurveda

  • I am a NAMA Certified Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Wellness Educator.  Since 2015  I  immersed myself in studying and practicing Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda.  In the spring of 2020 I completed my masters level internship.

My background is health and wellness.  I am a Registered Nurse (RN), with a BSN from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing in 1992.  As I looked to further my studies in holistic and preventative health systems, I discovered Ayurveda.  The holistic teachings of Ayurveda connected with my core beliefs of health, with the emphasis on nutrition, proper digestion, and living in balance with one’s mind, body and spirit. I consider this is to be true holistic and preventative health care.

Since I started studying Ayurveda in 2015, I have seen a profound change in my own personal physical, emotional and spiritual health as I have incorporated Ayurvedic self-care practices in my daily life. I experience improved physical wellness and improved digestion for maintaining my optimal weight. Ayurveda has taught me how to manage the stresses of life with greater ease and a sense of peace. Most importantly, Ayurveda offers me simple and effective empowering tools I can use in my everyday life allowing me to feel my best.

As a NAMA Certified Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist,  I am excited to share my knowledge Ayurveda with you. I know you will find a greater sense of control over your own health as I have.

Vandana Rajagopal,
Owner, Find Your Mesa

  • I live in Dublin, Ohio, with my husband and two children, and we love discovering the outdoors and trying new things! As my life unfolded with different roles, I felt a strong desire to find my true purpose. While my time in healthcare cultivated empathy, the corporate world instilled self-assuredness and autonomy that extended across various aspects of my life. The beginnings of my yoga journey were nurtured within a community of like-minded souls, brought together by a common goal of complete well-being. As I wholeheartedly embraced daily practice, I gradually connected with my authentic self and embarked upon a transformative journey of self-discovery. Through teaching, I embarked on an introspective journey, gaining a deeper understanding of myself and embracing life's challenges with mindfulness and acceptance. I 'm passionate about cultivating a caring community that prioritizes well-being, happiness, and inclusivity in a vibrant space for everyone.

Melissa Ayotte,
Owner, Sanctuary Healing Arts

  • “Becoming an art therapist combined what I understood as the best parts of myself, my love of people and creativity, and turned it into a livelihood I hope never to retire from. I received an ungraduated degree in psychology from Ohio University, then a master’s degree in art therapy from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. My education in art therapy theory & technique, counseling theory & technique, spirituality, and a wealth of life experience have given me a deep well of compassion for whatever my clients are going through. Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief & loss, divorce, infidelity, trauma, or existential crisis, I often hear from them that they experience something different when working with me compared to previous therapy experiences. They feel accepted, heard, and deeply understood in their vulnerability. Through psychotherapeutic techniques involving mindfulness, creative expression, and somatosensory methodology, my clients experience increased self-awareness, self-acceptance, effective communication and boundary setting, and an overall improvement in coping. I am honored to have the opportunity to accompany those experiencing life’s most challenging and vulnerable times. My clients trust me with the depths of themselves and this is sacred ground. I hope to help my clients harvest gems from adversity that they can eventually claim as transformative personal growth.”

Melissa is a Licensed Professional Art Therapist in the state of Ohio and is registered and board-certified nationally through the Art Therapy Credentials Board. She is also a member of the American Art Therapy Association as well as the Buckeye Art Therapy Association.

Shelley Wasicki-Franke,
Owner, The Positive Spirit Company

  • I facilitate profound connections to self and cultivate sacred community by helping the people i work with elevate their frequency.

After a bad accident that left the right side of my face completely shattered (along with a dislocated collarbone) I suddenly found myself incredibly grateful to be alive.

This is where my journey with gratitude took a sharp turn in my life. During my healing, my day began before my feet even hit the floor. As my eyes fluttered open, I remember being so thankful for the fact that I could see out of both of them. (This was not a given for me at the time). I literally and figuratively was being given the gift of seeing another day EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Over the past 17 years I have nurtured my relationship with gratitude and embody it daily through practices and moments that I would love to share with you.

Gratitude has become a cornerstone in my life, and I firmly believe expressing it daily has raised my vibration and frequency more than any other single thing I have done.
